1. Payment Methods

  • Cash at pickup Note: A 5% processing fee applies for online and card payments.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations by the Customer:
    • If you cancel more than 24 hours before your tour, a full refund will be issued.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking date are non-refundable.
    • No-shows will not receive any refunds.
  • Cancellations by Arabian Extreme Tours: In the event that we cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, governmental restrictions, etc.), we may offer a full refund or an alternative booking date, depending on the situation.

3. Changes to Your Booking

Changes to your booking (dates, times) must be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour. While we strive to accommodate these requests, we cannot guarantee availability.

4. Force Majeure

We are not liable for refunds in cases of natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or events beyond our control. Refunds or rescheduled tours will be at our discretion under such circumstances.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover any unexpected cancellations, delays, or personal losses during your experience. Arabian Extreme Tours is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property.
